Applications

Mapeflex MS45 is specially developed for sealing expansion joints, connection joints and distribution joints on horizontal and vertical surfaces. This product is also recommended for indoor and outdoor flexible bonding of identical and different materials common in the construction industry, and to replace or integrate mechanical anchors. Application examples

Use as a kit:

• For expansion joints, connection joints and distribution joints subject to movements of up to 20% of the average joint width.
• It is usually used for the following applications:
• traditional facades;
• ventilated facades;
• civil and industrial floors, including floors loaded with heavy vehicles;
• window and door frames;
• cracks and crevices;
• paintable joints;
• zinc roofs and metal work.

Use as a flexible adhesive:

When applied in a layer thickness of 3 mm, the product creates an elastic bond between most building materials, including many types of plastic. Due to its high bond strength without the use of a primer and its rapid polymerization, Mapeflex MS45 is easy to use when installing and bonding structural elements, both indoors and outdoors.
