Do you want to install a PU Cast Floor Concrete Look yourself? Thanks to this package you get the necessary materials at home. Measure the surface of your room and easily order the appropriate number of packages. Package contents:

1 package contains enough material for 15m2.

The package contains the following materials:

  • 1st coat Primer Ultimizer or Epoxy Primer X300 | consumption 0.15kg/m2**
  • 2nd layer Epoxy Scratch Coat HQ | consumption 1kg/m2**
  • 3rd layer PU Cast floor UV (color 1) | consumption 1.25kg/m2**
  • 3rd layer PU Cast floor UV (color 2) | consumption 1.25kg/m2**
  • 4th layer PU Strong Topcoat Transparent | consumption 0.15kg/m2**

** The quantities are based on average consumption and depend on the substrate.

You will receive two colors to create your concrete look. Half of your floor consists of color 1, the other half of color 2. In total this is 2.5 kg/m2 of cast floor. This is because you create a cast floor with a concrete look by applying two different shades together.

For example: mix the components of color 1 together. Then also mix the components of color 2 together. You then pour these two colors together in a new bucket. Stir this twice with a stirring rod and apply! When applying the floor, you brush the color across the floor. This allows you to determine how small or large the pattern of the concrete look will be.

How many packs should I order for my space?

Each package contains enough material for 15m².

With the calculation below you can easily calculate how many packages you need for your project! (Your number of m2) : 15 = number of packages required (round up)

For example: 40 m² : 15 m² = 2.67 = rounded 3 packages

NB! It is important that you always round up the number of packages, otherwise you will not have enough material.

Do you have any PU Cast floor left? Then you can apply an extra thick layer: that immediately makes the floor extra strong and opaque.
