Right of withdrawal (consumers / B2C)
Are you not completely satisfied with your online order? Then you can return the items up to 14 days after purchase.
Which products can I return?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the items within 14 days of receipt. Read below what the return conditions are:
Return conditions
All products from our webshop can be returned, with the exception of products that:
- Be specially made for you by color;
- Filled to order;
- Being sensitive to humidity and/or temperature change;
- Are used for hygiene, such as a mouth mask or gloves;
- Having a broken seal. Cans, containers and jerry cans must be returned closed.
Right of withdrawal (business customers / B2B)
Business customers have no right of withdrawal. Read the General Terms and Conditions for Business Customers (page 12).
How do I return a product?
Returns must always be made known by e-mail first (within 14 days after the day of receipt). Please use our model form on page 11 of our General Terms and Conditions. Send the completed form to info@flowresin.com and always state the order number and your name. The order number can be found on the invoice.
You can also register a return online via your own account. To do this, go directly to your login page.
Not every carrier can ship ADR products (dangerous goods). After registering the product to be returned, you will receive a return instruction from us specifically for ADR goods.
Return period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you or someone before you (not the carrier) physically receives the product. You can register your return with us within the withdrawal period. Then send your return order within 14 days of the date of your return request.
Return shipping costs
Shipping costs for returning a product are at your own expense, unless we have made a mistake or otherwise discussed and confirmed in advance. We always recommend that you request proof of return from the relevant shipping point or carrier.
Refund
As soon as we have received your return, we will process it and check it. After approval of your return, we will refund the purchase price, including delivery costs, within five working days.
